Originally from Tennessee, Thomas currently resides in New York City. He is a graduate of the Theatre Management MFA program at The University of Alabama/Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
Before moving to NYC he served as the Director of Graduate Studies in Theatre Management for The University of Alabama/Alabama Shakespeare Festival where he taught courses in development, marketing and public relations, business ethics and arts advocacy.
In addition he has produced shows for Poor Yorick Productions (Dammit, Shakespeare, 2008; Hell: Paradise Found, 2012), the New York International Fringe Festival (Underwear: A Space Musical, 2008) and serves on the Event Committee for the Broadway Beauty Pageant benefiting the Ali Forney Center.
He is also the Co-Founder/Creative Director of Rhomas Designs, a graphic design company serving Off Broadway, regional and educational theatres. He recently co-created The Clifton Monroe Chronicles which premiered in New Orleans in April 2012.
